Olly Murs is showing off his body transformation after making some “adjustments” to his lifestyle at the start of the year.
The British X-Factor star posted a photo from January 2 next to a photo taken now, showing a dramatic difference in just two months.
The 35-year-old said in the Instagram post that he felt “massive” and the weight wasn’t doing him any favours.
“Grumpy, no energy, sleeping was awful, so I made some adjustments,” he wrote.
The singer’s weight has fluctuated since he first came to fame on the X-Factor in 2009 and a knee operation last year likely had an impact on any exercise plans.
Now a coach on The Voice UK, Murs’ recent posts include shots of him planking and working out at the gym, as well as some buff beach photos.
“My ambition to be a ‘butler in the buff’ is coming true,” he joked about his weight loss.
“I’m actually buzzing now, I’m off to get a McDonald’s.”
